Whether you’re preparing for a specific event, looking to contextualize nutrition information, or periodizing your training blocks the Performance Nutrition Consultation will provide education, feedback and guidance toward reaching your best.

  • Performance Nutrition Coaching

    Performance Nutrition Coaching provides an upgraded service to the Performance Nutrition Consultation in addition to ongoing coaching and support to put your nutrition strategy into action. Ideal for individuals who have a varied training plan, multiple races / games, or looking for that extra support and detailed analysis in the lead up to a major event.

  • Monthly Nutrition Coaching

    Your nutrition should adapt as your training and event calendar changes throughout the year. Monthly Performance Nutrition Coaching continues the services from the initial six-week coaching introduction and will continue to be tailored to your individual needs. Coaching can provide continued support immediately following the first 6 weeks or further support later within 12 months of your initial 6 weeks.
